FairShot was founded by Aniket Bhaiya, a national-level shooter from Chennai, who personally experienced the financial challenges that come with pursuing the sport. His deep empathy for others facing similar struggles inspired him to take action. The organization was born when Aniket united with like-minded coaches, all driven by the shared vision of making shooting accessible to everyone, regardless of financial limitations. Together, they are working to create opportunities for talented athletes to thrive.
